Most brokers quote one big number. We show you the entire cost stack — the same one we pay the operator — and a single, disclosed fee on top. Here's exactly how it's built.
The cost stack, group by group
- Aircraft, positioning & fuel
- The block-hour rate (already including crew, maintenance and insurance) times your billable hours, plus a positioning allowance for the empty repositioning the aircraft must fly, plus a fuel surcharge tied to the live Jet-A price over a baseline.
- Airport & ground
- Landing and ramp/handling fees at each movement (with an international supervision premium), plus lavatory, potable-water and ground-power servicing and any overnight parking.
- Navigation & permits
- Weight- and distance-based en-route navigation/overflight charges across the FIRs you cross, plus landing/overflight permits, slot coordination and trip support on international legs.
- Crew & cabin
- Crew overnight (RON) and per-diem on multi-day trips, and catering priced per passenger per leg at your chosen tier.
- Aircore service fee
- A single, clearly-labelled fee — our only margin. It starts at 10% and tapers (and is capped) on larger trips, so the percentage shrinks as the trip grows. You always see the operator, the aircraft, and exactly what we make. We never bury commission inside other line items.
- Taxes & duties
- UAE VAT is 5%, but international transport departing the UAE is zero-rated, so VAT applies only to our service fee on international trips. Departure-country passenger duties are passed through at cost.
